insomnia please relase me!
soooooo its offically 9:47am and i have now been awake for approximately 21hours i should be tired but can’t sleep its not fair and it PROPER pisses me off. i read somewhere that some humans are still biologically wired to be awake at night and some at day.. we call these larks (mornings) owls (evenings) it reflects back to when humans first moved into northern europe and people had to protect the camp by day and others by night…. but that could just be a myth as mother nature isn’t fooled and knows the difference between night and day. i just want an off button.
